Velomotion Magazine?
The YouTube channel with only 2 full form videos?
One video that questions Bosch motors and one video that praises DJI?

Mmmm……..not suspicious at all.

I guess you know the anwser(german yt 464 videos) by now ✌️. As they are german, they have just recently started doing English videos.
Hope this helps.

How many parts were they testing?
1 x speed sensor cable
1 x Touchscreen
1 x Battery
1 x motor
1 x wiring loom

5 items you could check; this takes 6 weeks?

I don’t know what happened but I stick by my original statement that the dealer made decisions that suited them more than the customer.
I think it was more of a case of the parts not being available as being used for new builds rather then fix the ones already with customers. Either way I would not have put up with this .

Lets assume that peak power of the new Levo motor can be had in a more relaxed cadence range, say 55-75. For me, this will bring usable power closer to DJI's on-paper high-cadence 1000 watts.

Now for the assistance level: If Specialized stick to 410% max assistance, the rider will have to provide 162 watts (S-works: 175 watts) for the motor to max out. I doubt I can or want to do that for 30 minutes in a sustained hard climb, especially if that climb is near the end of the ride when I just want to go home. Of course, this is just one use case, and in normal riding I will be able to get the full benefit of the extra S-Works oomph. In any case, I hope the motor control is good enough that Specialized can offer more than 410% assistance. A separate "Shuttle mode" like the SL had (or have?) is acceptable if not.

Motor will be the new one so even the feeling will be different, maybe closer to Bosch and Shimano. No one disclose anything on that yet.

Still cannot understand that bold move from Specialized to move forward a revamp like other motor brand. The belt was one good reason some people bought their full fat ebike.

Even if motor branch goes from Brose to Yamaha, one could question how long it is going to be supported, revised etc, you just never know with acquisition (but I get the contract between parties must be a huge paid deal).

I imagine Yamaha will want as much as possible to retain the Specialized partnership (probably a big part of the motivation to acquire Brose) so I imagine there will be plenty of support. Yamaha now have both Giant and Specialized, that's pretty huge.

They seem to be keeping stock of the S works tight here in the Uk.

Spesh seems to do that to the UK, not sure why. We were recently in Spain, I stopped by the local Spesh shop and they had a 2025 Levo SL and Kenevo SL S-Works frames on display. They’re not even available to purchase in the UK!

That was with the first firmware.
Now the graph from the same magazine is this:

Lets wait for the line of the new Levo….
Watch the video again, that graph shows the performance of bikes in turbo mode. The Amflow in the graph there shows that basically the bike only requires 50watts of input power to gain access to over 600watts from the bike, basically putting your feet on the pedals. The other bikes require around 90-170watts to tap near max power. People need to watch the whole video and listen at the end concerns with the approach they have taken.

I think at the end of the day this is really the two sides of the coin when it comes to power on EMTBs. People that want power for little effort and others that want power to add to their effort.... we'll see soon

I took a look at the 2026 Vado SL with the new Apple display and as a applefanboy I reckon the new Levo display is going to be amazing at least for my liking.
Sorry Android☹️

That's just the new Float X2. None of the Levo spec sheets posted had that as part of the spec. All of them come with the Genie.

We have already seen a silouette of the S works and that comes with a Genie. Unlikely that the Pro will come with a X2 based on that.

Maybe on 2026 versions, because this shock is planned to 2026 years, and who make photos say that to me

Just as a matter of interest with regards to the SWorks red on black this is the epic 8 SWorks with the blue on black Firt pic is basically in normal light second one is under sunlight or a light

I hope you are correct. as I read the spec sheet, the Red/BlkPRL code refers to a second Sworks color option to the Glacier blue (GCLPRL). I doubt there are (3) separate color options for S works, i.e. (1)GCLPRL, (2)Red/BLKPRL and (3)BLK only, as may have been mis-interpreted in a couple posts back. This would be consistent with a separate earlier post where it was mentioned that the red fades to black on the downtube. The red on black (chameleon effect) would be better (IMO), especially a deep red as pictured a few posts back. Is it possible that it may be instead a two color spray fade (similar to the G3 Blue/ black frameset color scheme)?, A red on black chameleon affect like the blue black Epic referenced above would be really nice. Guess we will wait and see.
