Mine had no lights on tcu but worked on the handle bar modes
£156 for a new one next day delivery
I seen someone had wrote that and I took mine out for a spin but no joy all dead. Just rang Evans cycles at Durham might take it in there for diagnostics in morning. ?
spray inside the tcu with specialist quick drying electrical contact spray did the trick for me also take the motor cover off the non drive side and spray the main battery connector with it

Hi tried that still nothing also just changed the battery in the TCU which was pretty low voltage but still nothing.
One thing I’ve noticed is that when I go to switch it on I can see the 4 green LED battery lights flash in sequence 1&3 then 2&4 then repeats all the time I’ve got the power button held down??
So connect with Mission Control if you can and it should give you an error code....you can find out what those error codes mean using Google.
If you are sure it is not water damage and the battery connection is clean you could check that you have not in some way affected the speed sensor.

Won’t connect with mission control. Got a badass box on it so can see the speed sensor connected to this.

i have had the plug be finicky, but re-seating fixed it. i’ve had the walk assist cut out and then pedal assist cut out - turned bike off and back on - fixed it. the other day, it wasn’t working and i was just about to panic. i knelt down and looked at the plug and there was a snapped off tip of razor blade (x-acto knife) stuck to the magnet! what a relief! so far, any issues have been remedied simply. good luck with yours! so frustrating when that happens.?

Taking mine to the shop I’ve messed around with the plug making sure it’s fully mated and cleaning it with contact cleaner I’ll leave it to the shop now to run diagnostics ? hope yours stays reliable

I am also having the same problem. Last year took bought my Turbo Levo in Incycles California, that worked for not more than 4 times. The bike has las than 30 miles on it, and the Battery is totally DEAD. As I have moved to Brazil, the retailer wants me to send the bike to the US to give me a new battery. Totally ridiculous... Is there any thing to do with batteries that are mal functioning?

I had to go get some contact cleaner blasted everything with it also took off badass box and restored bike to factory standard still dead!
If the badass box had developed a fault that could well have corrupted the Levo software and the only way to correct that would be to re flash the firmware. That can only be done by a Specialised dealer via the TCU USB port. You would be best advised to at least tell the LBS a badass box had been fitted so they realise a re flashing of the firmware could resolve the issue. As it stands the battery warning lights flashing alternatively are basically saying the CPU is not receiving the correct set of sensor inputs in its start up check and therefore will not power on. (One of the downsides to fitting non standard parts to a software driven system!).

If the battery has not been damaged, managed correctly in storage (I assume it has been stored if the bike has only done 30 miles in 8 months plus and charged only with the Specialised charger supplied with the bike, there is no reason for the battery to develop a fault. An easy test would be to borrow a Levo battery to see if that makes everything work.

Yes, the bike stayed in doors, most of the time, so it is very weird. It is actually a bad product that has been done, but do not know if the Specialized will give me a new battery. It is always easier not to...

He plugged it in to diagnostics and updated the software that was it back to life...Massive thanks to Evans cycles Durham who didn’t charge me a penny for sorting my bike ?? The technician in there also tried to get me a replacement e-bike from the Newcastle store which was above and beyond customer service, turns out he sorted mine within a few hours anyway ?

So the firmware was corrupted and re flashing the firmware sorted it. Question being what corrupted the firmware?

My new levo as no power to the on off button battery is full charged had no problems for the first two rides any ideas cheers
Not so good David got Levo 2 months ago been ok had about 7 runs on it no problem. Washing is going to be an issue if it's covered in mud you cant just wipe it down as suggested. As for walking in to shop and quoting fair trading agreements I wish I knew a shop that would wear that one. Best of luck anyway .
