Dunno , the ability to see battery remaining as an actual percentage number rather than number of bars Is nice though.

I also quite like seeing the power I am generating, but that's about it.

The kiox adds a new failure mode,in that if you smash, break or otherwise lose the kiox your bike won't function,so that's a downside over the purion.

I did. The Kiox is neat but I find the only two things I use are the speedo & the battery level & I can't read the battery level without stopping & fishing my glasses out of my jacket, so not sure if it's all that useful to me.

I installed a Kiox on my Rail 7 and couldn't read the damn thing, until I switched the background to white and now I can.

There's lots of settings and things to play with on the Kiox, if you like that sort of thing.

@RustyMTB you can change the data fields shown on each screen.
Just set one to show a single field that shows battery %.

I have one set that shows 2 fields... Battery % and Range

Purion provides range and battery life.........but neither Purion or Kiox are anything more than a guide as far as range is concerned and even battery consumption is not linear . The best battery range guide is you learning typical range in varying conditions over time. For me I dont have the time or inclination to look at a screen when I am riding and changing to Kiox merely adds another potential point of failure on the bike. Purion does the job or me. If the bike came with Kiox fine......if not £200 to change is not value for money.
