Anybody want to share their best garmin 530/830 data screen?
What do you have ?
And how to get cadence from levo to the 830?

I use an Edge 1030 on my 2019 Levo. It connects directly to the ANT+ speed/cadence and power sensors in the Levo. I like the 1030 because it has a big screen I can read without my reading glasses (older rider). The 1030 comes with lifetime free Garmin topo map updates, but I also subscribe to Openmtbmap.org where I can download map packages for any country, install into Basecamp on my PC and build Garmin compatible IMG map files (unlocked) that will work on most Garmin mapping GPS's.

On top of that I also mount my phone running BLEVo on the bike so I have 2 sources of ride data. You can have as many ANT+ devices connected to your bike as you like, but BLEVo uses Bluetooth, so only 1 BT device is permitted. My Heart Rate Monitor is Garmin Dual (Bluetooth plus ANT+) so I can record HR on both the 1030 and BLEVo simultaneously.

I presume the 830 is similar to the Edge 1030. Turn your bike on and setup the 830 to search for "Spd/Cad" sensor. That way, you'll get both speed and cadence data fields.

Hello.
I want and buy myself a garmin to be used on my levo. 2021
I have looked at 130 + 530/830 and it seems that these should fit nicely on the stem in terms of size.
but I think the price of the mtb bundle at 530/830 is somewhat high. in europe these are at 450-500 € approx,
mainly I was not impressed with the map of 830 think it was too little detailed out on forest roads. and did not like the 530 buttons for select inside the menu,
but as a unit I got a lot of information about the bike and this was fun.
But if I had bought a 130+, will I get a lot of info uploaded inside the app after a trip?
Why not put Blevo on your smartphone? makes Garmin unneccesary , detailed maps, all your bikes information, strava upload, etc. You can put all the GPX's in it and choose Komoot routes and load them in as GPX.
