I have hope hubs at the moment with the torque caps fitted. If i swap to Fox forks do i need to change the caps? Is so what do i order?

Yes, you'll need new end caps

*probably* 15x110mm standard boost ones these days but it'll depend on the fork, the only thing for sure is torque caps won't fit.
