Can someone either show me or point me in the right direction as to what tool I need to remove the pedal arm from the crank shaft. I can remove the locking nut and Allen key bolt but can’t figure out how to pull the pedal arm off the stem of the crank shaft as the hole is hollow 🤷‍♂️. I’m wanting to replace the chainring thanks

The tool you need to pull the crank arm from the spindle is called "crank puller" or "crank remover".

But hold your horses, because to change the chainring most probably you will not need to remove the crank arm at all. Looking at the E-ST900 photos, that Miranda 34 tooth chainring is mounted with 4 bolts to the spider. I assume that you have that kind of setup? If yes, then you should be able to remove the chainring just by unscrewing these 4 bolts from the spider, moving the chainring away from the spider a bit (towards the motor) and rotating it by 45 degrees. This should allow you to maneuver the chainring from behind the spider to the front of it and pull it off over the crank arm still in place.

If the above is not possible (there is not enough room for moving the chainring over the spider and crank arm), then it means that apart from the crank arm, you will also need to remove the spider. This will require a special tool to remove the silver lockring.
