Hi, I'm new to this but not to e-mtbs....after purchasing an Intense Spider 29 (full sus), I discussed the idea, with my mountain bike hating wife, of looking at an electric bike for her to go riding with me... She liked the idea and after trying some so-so hub drive bike she bought a hardtail (almost) e-mtb with the Bosch Active line motor... well after she dropped me big time on the first big, long hill I was a convert... We both are on to our second e-mtbs (Merida e120 800) and living in the SE forests of New South Wales, Australia we have beautiful wilderness rides at our doorstep....This is my story and I'm sticking to it!
