I know something not right. My bike is the same Rawry that's what this thread is about lol crap range . Other people seem to get way more miles then us.
My local dealer have sorted my app problem by fitting a new controller too!. Has it made any difference to the range?I got my bike back yesterday and now everything is working as it should there must of been a problem with the bluetooth controlers on the handle bars as giant have a mk 3 model now so my app works and i can also acess the tunning. My local dealer peddlers in redcar have been amazing any problems i have had they put right asap so hats off to them. Just need to get out on it now
Im low 13’s now lost 1.5 stone since xmas... talking of range my fathom e pro will do 80 miles on eco with 5000+ ft of climbing!! Its a beast... new stance e still gives me 55/60 hilly milesHow heavy are you mate?
Something defo not right im fitish and only use eco... but that gets me up 5000ft over 50-60 miles and ive never failed a climb yet... ive even turned down my eco to 50%!Hello all ian having a problem with the range on my sx 0 pro thought it was me at first been new and not all that fit so while i have been off the bike the last few weeks my brother haven testing it for me, he is very fit and a top class rider who rides a focus now he has finished DH.
So he has run the full battery right down in turbo and got 13.8 miles climbing 2,500 feet, today he took it out with a fully charged battery on the same ride using the 3rd light and got 14 miles. He has used the first and second light and the same as me says there is not much assistance so only good for flat or very small inclines.
I have had the control replaced with the latest one so that solved the on off issue any thoughts welcome

It's a bad design anyway seen how big the giant battery is compared to other 500w batteries it should be a 700w at that size.would be great if Giant developed a 700wh Battery for the Trance, im sure they could cram it in the same place, or does anyone do an add-on type Battery?
Its also heavier by quite alot than other bikes 500wh batteriesIt's a bad design anyway seen how big the giant battery is compared to other 500w batteries it should be a 700w at that size.
Yea thats right for e+What do you think to the range here zero battery left all in eco + only. View attachment 12831 View attachment 12832
