gen4 Clicking noise in TOUR/eMTB mode

Problem with Bosch CX Performance Gen 4 from 2020: After 9000km clicking noise developed, always in the same pedal position, one or two times per revolution, more on left side (not crunching or creaking). Most noticable if cruising in TOUR or eMTB mode, less in TURBO. No clicking noise at all if motor in ECO mode (or OFF)! So it must be something with power transmission. Anyway I have checked suspension parts and saddle and pedals. Sound appears always after few miles, and then gets louder. Motor maintenance was recently performed by local workshop, one left side bearing changed, but clicking noise is still there, every time after few miles warm-up. Otherwize all good, no clicking if pedalling hard. Any ideas, what could be causing that annoying "tik-tok" noise?

This comes up from time to time and is often a loose crank. I have experienced this and it took me a time to diagnose. Make sure the cranks are torqued to spec.
