Hi.
My bike is a Focus Jam2 9.9 drifter. Use a Shimano EP8 motor.
EMTB, which rode well until yesterday evening, is strange from morning.
When you connect the external battery and press the power button, the blue light turns on and off for about 3 seconds, and the remote display and motor do not work.
If you remove the external battery and press the power button with the internal battery, the blue light of the power will not turn on, but the remote display and motor will operate normally.
The built-in battery will run emtb but won't charge it.
Do you know anything about this phenomenon?
Is there a problem with the internal battery?
If there is a problem with the internal battery, is it impossible to use the external battery?
