Flow app/new iPhone combo

Hi, first time posting so apologies if this has already been asked.

So, I use the lock/unlock with my iPhone through the Bosch flow app, without thinking I’ve transferred all my data to my new iPhone. Gone to ride my bike this morning and the LED remote just constantly flashes - meaning the bike is locked. I went into the flow app and could see my bike on there but it wouldn’t connect to it.

I’ve then had a quick google and saw a suggestion to remove my bike from the flow app which I have done and have since tried to connect it again with no success!

Have I proper messed it up and need to take it to my local bike shop and prove it’s mine or is it worth getting the app re-downloaded onto my old iPhone, which I still have and try and re-pair it with the phone is was last locked with?

The problem I’ve got is that I have the app, I’m logged in and can see all my previous rides but because I’ve removed my bike from the app it will no longer connect and find it. Its still locked and won’t turn on other than just keep flashing, it’s like the bike needs resetting or something

Have you logged in with your key on the flo app fresh download
That should able you to take control of it gain

Looks like you've lost it all for deleting the bike
You can still unlock it which is more important

I had this issue when swapping to a new iphone last year.

You need to use the old phone, connect to the bike then switch the ebike lock off.

Then turn the bike off, load all your data including the flow app onto your new phone then connect to the bike (it won't be locked to a phone now) once its connected you can switch the ebike lock back on and it will use your new phone to unlock.
