Hi all.

I’m trying to mount my Magura MT7 onto a new Zeb and I cant get it to fit??

The Zeb is a direct mount for 200mm rotors, I have a 220mm rotor and I’ve tried a shimano +20mm adapter and it wont fit as it rubs on the magura caliper.

Magura don’t seem to make a 200-220 adapter?

Anyone come across this issue find a solution??

Thank you.

SRAM has an adapter for 220mm rotors, 20P I think it’s called

Hi All
I am having a similar problem. Fitted my zeb with the adapter that came off the fox 36. the code caliper only covers about 20% of the rotor's braking surface. What adapter do i need? I cant seem to find any info on it.

Thanks in advance.

Feel like I’m losing my mind… sitting here with a new Zeb Ultimate, new set of 220 Magura Rotors and MT7 calipers, and a Magura QM40 adapter… shouldn’t this work?!

Rotor is coming into contact with the caliper…

Got it round the right way?

I switched the adapter. MT7 works perfect with MDR-P.
At the moment, I'm using my winter tyre which has a SRAM Disk. Also fine.

I don't like adapter with longer screws like the Magura.
The Galfer has seperate screws.

Any chance you have the adapter part number you found that worked best with the MDR-P (that’s the rotor I’m trying to fit). Bit frustrating as I had zero of these issues getting the 220 on my previous Fox 38.

Well after ordering the Galfer.... I realized (again) that I'm an idiot. Not sure what I was doing last night, but found that if I use the yellow spacers that come with the brakes to center the disc within the caliper as I tighten down the studs, all is good. I think that what was happening was that the caliper kept shifting on me and the rotor was rubbing on the inner sidewall (I thought it was the top of the caliper). Long story short - Magura's QM40 ended up working just fine. I did try the 180-203 adapter which obviously cleared but the piston was extending past the upper edge of the rotor.

Thanks all that took the time to respond to my unnecessary post!
