Experiences with Santa Cruz Reserve on Levo?

Anyone used the SC Reserve wheels on the Levo?
Will the wheels handle the extra weight and power from the Levo compared to "normal" bike?

Also, will 27mm version be sufficient for 2.6 tires or is 30mm "a must have"?

Have you not seen the video of Danny Mac trying to break the wheels they'll be fine.

27mm would be idea up to 2.4, I'd use 30mm if going to 2.6. they'll go on obviously, but not give the correct profile really.

I'm running Reserves on Chris King's on my 19 Comp Carbon. The reserves feel absolutely fantastic and appear to be bomb-proof. I came from carbon Rovals which suffered a catastrophic failure. The DT Swiss hubs should be up for the job, great hubs.

Go for the 30’s.

I’m running the 29” Reserve 30’s with i9 hubs on my 19 Levo Expert. They’re unbelievably solid wheels. They’ll handle anything you can throw at them. The bike handles great and feels much more nimble with these wheels.

Understand that would be the preffered choice. If would was buying new I would go for the 30's.
However, I got an really good offer for the 27's and will buy them. If not used on the levo I plan them for my SC Hightower. And run schwalbe 2.35 tires.
