EP801 problem

My Mondraker Dusk R with the EP801 motor lost power during a ride, and after that, nothing worked. The display went black, and pressing the buttons did nothing. I've researched the issue extensively, and the conclusion is that when I disconnect the battery from the motor, I can connect it to a computer. However, when the battery is connected to the motor, it starts giving errors about the motor's software. A couple of times, I've managed to get it working by wiggling the cable between the battery and motor, but it shuts down after a short while. Has anyone else encountered this issue? What could be the problem?

Try using some light grease on the connector, my wifes bike would just shut off, so I tried that and it worked, I also found DeOxIt D100, it’s for corroded connections
