EP8 Crank noise when rotating Cranks...

Hello, i just got 2 Bikes (Canyon Spectral on) with ep8 Motor and on one bike, there is a strange noise, when rotating the cranks backwards... on the other bike, this noise is not there... i didn't had time to ride the bike yet, only short test ride on pavement, there i can't here it...

is this a normal noise with ep8?or is this something i should be bothered with? yes i know, there is a rattling noise, when riding....

maybe it disappears after riding the bike on trails?

My Spectral On makes no noise when rotating the crank backwards. The bike is new (50km ridden only).
