e8000 charging interface = POS

How was this ever released to the public. I have less than 1000miles on my bike and the charging adapter keeps falling out of the port without even touching it. It falls out from shear gravity, not wanting to stay in port. I can't even charge this POS battery

What bike is this? l have the E8000 system on my Kona and have had no issues with the charging port or connector.
