E55 frame, how to paint?

I have the frame in Matt black, has anyone else here done the process to paint yourself.

Do I need to strip all the way to raw carbon .. to paint properly or?

I intend for it to be a gloss yellow.

I've looked over a bunch of videos and such but would be nice to talk to someone.

What a sensational bike that turned out to be!! Awesome paintjob.I would like to build something very similar but as a fatbike as I have enough parts and wheel sets to put one together.Is it a Dengfu or another brand? cheers
