I didn't think the the small saving in Kgs would make a huge difference but it makes the bike feel so much nicer to ride.

Hi, you must be new here. It's well established that weight doesn't matter with an eBike..

For the avoidance of doubt, I'm being facetious, of course it bloody matters but some people just won't be told...

@Amflow_Support is there a quick fix here or do I need to make the 4 hour round trip back to where I purchased this from? Of course I have already tried to turn the bike off and on but the issue persists...

That's classed as local you know. Not nice hopefully get it sorted soon as.
