Can only imagine how uncomfortable it is to have done four at the same time ..
one on each side for me about a year apart was bad enough ..
Sneezing / coughing was a nightmare!
Again..Best wishes for a speedy recovery ..and listen to the advice you will no doubt get about not rushing back onto the bike too soon ...thats the bit that hurts the most ?

I will be taking it steady. The worst thing is my other hobby archery is out of the window too. ?

Going to take the downtime to get the suspension serviced and tuned.

Battery is only 504wh... It has got to shift 89Kg of me and 25Kg of bike! It amazes me it even moves!

So at the weigh-in we are about identical ..but my bike is closer to 30kg ..so its all down to who's got the longer reach ...and who can go the distance ...

I've had a bit of a nightmare, I didn't realise I've double booked myself for this Saturday morning ?
I'm playing in a 4 man golf team at the same time as this ride, can't believe I completely forgot about it.
I can't really let the other lads in the team down, then again with the standard of my golf lately maybe it would be a blessing for them

When it comes to riding on a route or section I'm unfamiliar with ..I like to do a little research ..the last section of our ride had me a little worried as previous reports had it in a churned up state due to quads & motorbikes..
From what I can see some repair work has taken place ..and here are some more recent pics from the Geograph search app..

Looks good to me ..but dont shoot the messenger if its not !?
First pics are the climb ..middle pics the traverse around the hillside ..last pic the final descent ..

The first 6mins are on trails we do about 1/2 to 3/4 of the way around ..the other stuff we might well do but I dont exactly know where he is and if he does say he's talking with a bloody funny accent so its hard to understand ??...( and I havent watched the whole thing yet )..
