Looking for emtb frame with a vertical shock (I'm in love with the design) and 150mm rear travel, I asked "cao Alice" from Dengfu Sports Equipments Co., Ltd. on Alibaba.com.
She purposed me the Dengfu E21 and provided me a quote.
I found the quote fair and the bike awesome, so I asked for the geometry.
Answer: I don't have the geometry, it is not ready to go on sale yet.
The only information she's able to provide is the rear/front travel (150mm) the schock 230x60 and the available size 17", which is good for me. About the weight, she took time to take the picture.

As the frame is not on sale yet, I asked if I could share about it on the emtbforums.com.
Answer: It is currently not bound by OEM, so you can share it on the EMTB forum.

I am really attracted by this frame, but the fact she can't get me geometry, that I don't get at once answers to my questions, the fact it is not yet for sale and not been bound by OEM makes me mistrustful. (Prototype failure?)

Reason tells me to go for the E10 even if I'm not keen with its design. There is so much technical information about it...
So it may end up by the purchase of the E10.

So what are your thoughts about this E21 frame and/or do you have any information?

For me the most important problem is the seat tube length available to insert the seat post. As we can see in the assembled bike, you will been limited in seat post travel. imossible to use an 175mm, who is the minimum for moutain use for me. Strange that dengfu going in this way ?

The other point where i will wait the return of first users, is the swing arms pivot. It seem less rigid than E10. Good point or no ? i don't know ? but i find the E10 so efficient for my use that i'm not ready to change only on pics.

To finish, the the shock link liaisons don't seem in "shape" like on the E10, only "face to face". Mechanicaly bad point for my opinion

Otherwise, only about design. i don't appreciate the hole on front.

Thanks for your reply. You're right, I had the same thought about the seat post. Just wait for more comments.

I am still in love with the design of the LCES004 but I'm stuck with this battery cover story. I have to ask a friend to print one to check how it really look. Do you have a link to the printing file, I found only the 3D drawing.

Sure the E10 would be THE reasonable choice, but "passion has its reasons that reason ignores" :D

E21 Geometry from Dengfu.
I made a comparison between E21 17" and Specialized Levo Expert S3 > Geometries are similar
Waiting answer from Dengfu about the seat post maximum insertion and the cable routing.

less than a month ago I contacted dengfu to buy an E10 frame, asking if I would get the 2nd version, they wrote me that the new E10 version would be E82 and I should wait 2 months to get a sample, not however, he sent me no photos of the new frame

Dont know what second version of E10, they did update after the time battery cover and charging connector.

So E82 would be sucessor of E10? Lets see what they come up with.

I only asked if the updated version of the E10 would arrive with the purchase, which is instead a new version with the name E82

Does anyone have more info on that E82?
Will it have the same geometry and use the same rear triangle of the E10? Or is it a new geometry and will use an updated rear triangle, perhaps the one of the E55?
