Firstly you'll notice a massive improvement in small bump compliance, and you can either pocket this or increase the spring rate and trade a little bit of this suppleness improvement for mid stroke support. Then adjust the hydraulic bottom out to suit your riding style.
Apart from really low friction, this upgrade gets rid of the imperfections in the air spring curve which can cause these forks with air springs to either dive through mid stroke if you are running soft or never reach full travel if you are running with more pressure.
Can't recommend smashpot highly enough. I've been pestering Vorsprung for a Boxxer smashpot upgrade because honestly my Zeb feels embarrassing better than my Boxxer now.
