Bike turns on when battery is put in.

Hi,
Has anyone come across their bike turning on automatically when you put the battery in, and then it won't turn off, I have to leave it to shut itself down, or remove the battery again?
The bike is a 2022 giant reign

does the battery have an on/off switch? If so is it switched on when you load it into the bike?

Not that I know of, but pretty sure it doesn't.
