Battery problem

Sold my sam2 and when it left here it was working fine, got to the buyer and would not turn on. The battery inside the frame has damage to the case and now when you turn it on the 80% blue light flashes, there is also a green flashing light all the time. Screen stays blank
I think the cells are fine so has anyone got a battery that the cells a knackered so I can use the board or does anyone know how to fix. Ta

What a bummer! That is really bad timing!
I had a bike sale where the freehub failed on the acceptance ride! I had to tow him back to the car park! Fortunately he waited a week until I got it fixed.

Can't even get to speak to dealer even after e mails and phone calls plus I thing it was caused by delivery company
