Battery issue.... May be ??

I've had my bike 7 weeks now, on the 1st 2 full charges the display showed residual range of 49 miles, I've fully charged the battery today for a ride tonght... And residual range is showing 39 miles.
The bikes only done 90 miles and is stored with betwee half and 3/4 battery life.

Ive Read lots of threads on looking after your battery, but just worried in case I'm not looking after it or it has a fault.
Is it just settling in?

They normally judge range based on most recent ride so you must have gone up more hills recently.
