bafang m510 and m600 chaining and crank question?

hi! i am looking to buy these 2 motors. how good are their chaining and crank? looking for the best building money is no issue. can i change them with better lighter weight parts? such as sram eagal parts? thank you guy so much!!

Use 104BCD chainring, branded and non branded lot available. I use cheap Deckas 32T and 34T, pretty reliable for me. Cranks use Miranda.
