Are FOMTOR stems OK?

I’m thinking of a stem with rise for my Trek Rail 7. I just switched handlebars to the Renthal Lite with 40mm rise. But I want a little more rise.

These FOTMOR have the right length and rise but they are really really cheap. Anybody have thoughts on FOMTOR stems?

The first time I heard this component manufacturer's name. Probably something cheap Chinese.
But the question arises, why you still want to raise your riding position?

40 mm rise bar and if you put 35 rise stem in it, it can’t turn out to be good.

Biggest reason is a sore / injured neck. I need surgery on my C5-C6.

I was surprised that 40mm of rise doesnt really feel like that much of a difference. And I still feel a little cramped. I’m 6’4+.

I feel for you, cycling I can imagine woud be right up there in terms of creating a sore neck having to support the head in a forward hanging position. You'd amost want a set of ape hangers till it's healed.

Stem looks like a Kalloy Uno copy from the late 90s
it'll probably be fine but it's far from a great design or nice looking.
but then super high bars aren't to many folks aesthetic taste
