Any Idea where I can get a E8000 motor changed to US spec?

I know a few people have changed the regional software to give a few more KPH, but does anyone know of a place I can get it done in the London/Herts area? Any members have the lead/software or know a shop that can do it?
I'm willing to pay the going rate to have it done.

There are a couple of apps that do it, and a couple of devices that rick the bike into removing the limit. Be aware of where doing any such work to your bike leaves you in terms of legacy and warranty wise.

Thank you, I really only want to change the country code or wheel size & I'm not looking for aftermarket solutions as I want to keep the system unto date & in warranty.
