Dear Gigs, regarding the issue you encountered, please try the following steps and see if it can work.

1.In the Avinox APP's Cloud, enable the Bike Connectivity (SIM) and Ride Data Backup & Sync features;
2.Reinstall the Avinox APP;
3.Unpair the account from the bike, then re-pair them;
4.After re-pairing the Avinox APP with the bike, bind Strava in the Avinox APP.

If the issue still isn't resolved, contact our customer support at [email protected]. Let us know which forum link you are coming from so we can further assist you, thank you for your cooperation!
Thanks but this did not work.

Thanks but this did not work.
Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that the solution did not work for you.

In the Avinox App, after linking with Strava, the Cycling Data Synchronization Logic is as follows:

Cycling Data Synchronization Logic

Automatic Sync:

Condition: The bike is equipped with a 4G SIM card and the data cloud upload feature is enabled.
Process: The cycling data generated by the bike will automatically sync to the server's cloud.
Result: If the Avinox App is already linked with the Strava App, the cloud will automatically sync the data to the Strava App.
Manual Sync:

Condition: The data cloud upload feature is not enabled.
Process: The cycling data needs to be manually downloaded in the Avinox App.
Result: After the data is downloaded, it will automatically sync to the server's cloud. If the Avinox App is already linked with the Strava App, the cloud will automatically sync the data to the Strava App.

Regarding your situation, please record a screen recording of your specific operations and the issue, and send it along with the version of the app you have downloaded to [email protected]. We will further investigate the issue for you.

Thank you for your cooperation.

@Amflow_Support - Brazil has a huge market for Amflow, what are your plans for our country?
Hi, Albertocsoares! The Brazilian market certainly shows a lot of potential, but unfortunately, we don't have any plans to sell in this area at the moment. We suggest subscribing to our newsletter on our website to get the latest updates.

@Amflow_Support - simple question - does the shifting work when the bike is switched off?
PL Carbon Pro - Sram X0 Eagle Transmission shifting....
Hi, AlbertCZ! The Amflow PL Carbon Pro features the SRAM X0E electronic shifting system. The rear derailleur gets its power from a supply line linked to the Avinox assist unit. When you ride until the assist power is gone (the screen shows 0% battery, but it can still turn on), you can still shift for around 2.5 hours. But if the screen won't turn on (either because it's broken or the battery's totally dead), shifting won't work.

Dear @Amflow_Support ,
In the quick start guide on the Amflow website, there is an image showing a display with wireless connectivity. The image features icons for a drone and a camera linked to the display. Could you clarify how the bike or DJI controller integrates with a drone or camera? I am curious about the purpose of this setup. Is DJI developing a drone with a follow-me mode designed to work with the bike?

Hi @Amflow_Support
I’ve noticed that GPS ride tracking isn’t that accurate and when the file is transferred to Strava the results are different to the ride in the Avinox app.
1) Why is the information different between the app and Strava?
2) Would the GPS tracking improve if the bike was fitted with an active SIM card?
🙏 Thanks.

I notice the same thing. on a 33km ride with 910vm with Garmin and in the avinox app, when uploaded to Strava from avinox app it only shows 29km and 800vm in strava...

Hey, amargarit! About those icons for the drone and camera, they mean you can hook them up to the display with a USB-C cable and charge them. The external power supply port can achieve a maximum output power of PD 3.0[5V/3A, 9V/3A, 12V/3A, 15V/3A, 20V/3.25A ] 65W. Regarding the follow-me mode, we're really sorry, but it's not in the works right now. We'll definitely note your suggestion, though! Thanks a bunch for letting us know. Stay tuned to our website for any updates. We really appreciate your understanding.

Hey, Biano44!
Regarding your inquiry,
1. The Amflow PL, powered by the DJI Avinox drive system, calculates cycling distance and speed using the rear wheel's speed sensor (wheel speed * wheel diameter), not the actual distance and speed, as it doesn't have GNSS or IMU. As such, the actual tracking will not be completely same as the tracking on Strava.
2. The functions of the 4g function with SIM card are as follows:
①Connect with the Avinox App via the 4G network to enable remote viewing of bike status and device settings.
②Remotely view the real-time location of the bike.
③Track movement history in case of bike theft.

Understand the process of how to install/connect a 4G SIM card, but would it track the ride more accurately?

Hi, Biano44! Our ride distance and speed are calculated based on the wheel diameter and wheel speed sensor. Installing a SIM card is intended to make it more convenient for you to upload your ride data and will not affect the accuracy of your riding data.

Hi, do you have any plans of releasing a range extender for the bikes?
250 to 350 watts would be fantastic
Hi, johno1! Sorry that at the moment, we do not have plans to release a range extender in the short term. We have already documented all the information you provided, ensuring that your feedback is internally addressed. Thank you again for bringing this valuable suggestion to our attention. Please stay tuned to our official website for any updates~

Hey @Amflow_Support
I’d like to change the chainring to single piece design……..
1)What fitment works with the DJI motor please?
2)Which tool is required for easy removal/fitment?
Hi, @Biano44! The spec for the chainring of Amflow PL is: 12-speed Sram Eagle Transmission E-MTB Chainring 104 BCD 34T. To easily remove the chainring, you can use Amflow's spider tool. If you would like to purchase our spider tool, please feel free to contact Amflow's official customer service at [email protected]. We will be happy to assist you with obtaining this tool :)

Hi There, Hopefully I don't sound too much like a party pooper, and I'm just interested more than anything. How can a motor like yours with a peak power of 800 watts still maintain a maximum nominal output of 250 watts?
