Software - 2019123100000
Does enable the “hold bottom button down to enable Auto mode” setting. My Trance had it before but now enabled on my partners Liv Intrigue.

Hi. Just tried this but I get "There is no update for the bike". So, I'm still on 20190802000. :-(

I have no app update either (Android). Presumably this is only available for i-phone at the moment.

Yes, I can confirm that holding either up or down now works to activate auto.

I had that behaviour in a recent software update but this latest one has another change I have just noticed - if auto was selected when you turned power off, it stays in that mode when you power up again which is a good thing.

Anyone know if it’s possible to get the older version of the Ride control iOS app? I’ve tried 2 different IPhones and both connect with my 2019 Trance E but not with my 2018 Dirt E. This sucks as now I can not check my battery condition on my 2018 bike :(. Personally I think Giant have cocked up here.

I have seen others who have had connection issues with the RideControl iOS app use a Android phone to connect, borrow one or if you have an old Android based phone install the Giant RideControl App from the Google Play Store and try again. After that, from what I have seen you'll be able to use your iPhone.
