I've been talking to the CEO of Specialized and this is honestly what he said:

1. 170/160 geometry, mullet
2. 180nm motor - casing made by Brose, internals made by Tesla
3. 1700wh battery developed in conjunction with Tesla and can charge in 35 seconds
4. S-Works model to cost $49,500
5. Optional insulating tape for the TCU (cost option $1,300)


TBH I bullshitted about the 2021 model and it seemed to come true, so why not go for broke!

The 2023 model will feature Apple BikePlay connected to TCU3.0 that controls power, Fox LiveValve, AXS and dropper. With his/hers settings so the bike remembers who is riding it. But yes I heard the new motor is actually made by SpaceX haha

Honestly what I really want is just an empty battery blank so that I could lose 8lbs if I want to shuttle or go to the bike park.

No but the Gen4 2024/25 will be awesome with new 95nm motor, transmission gear, new sram brakes and dope colors
