2022 Reign E+ charger door cover

The charger door cver on my reign seems to be missing a screw or something? See the gap on bottom. Normal?

It's normal. Mine's exactly the same. The hole in the pull out cover is there to access the bolt remove it

Where did you get a new one? Mine caught a rock and it sheared off the pull tab part. My local dealer where I bought the bike can not find one in the Giant system. I’m working other shops. Thanks in advance.
