I expect you’ll love ‘em. Both my son & I switched out Codes for the Mavens, just be sure you get a good bleed. Since we have a lot of long steeps here in California we changed pads to MTX brand (he's running Gold formula F&R, since I’m not as aggressive/fast rider I run Gold version front pads and Red rear. We both use Sram’s latest rotors 220 front & 200 rear.
FYI… weve run both Sram pads, Kool-Stop, Galfer pads over the years and still find the MTX our favorite overall.

Had my 1st ride and love the 1 finger power. Perfect for the mass of the Bullit. Both F and R brakes have a wicked piston pump, so I'm going to try bleeding them and the piston massage technique I've been reading about. I loved the MTX Gold pads in my Codes, so I'll go with those once I use up the pads that came with the Maven kit.

Thorough re-bleed of the front and rear fixed the wandering bite. The Mavens are rock solid 1 finger stoppers now. Perfect match for the Bullit. I'm curious if I should just jump to the MTX Gold after I use up the organics or at least use up the sintered pads that came with the Ultimate kit. Very pleased with the new SRAM HS2 220/200 F and R rotors as well.
