Nice looking stealth bike but I do think they should make the S-Works logo a bit more subtle, it attracts way too much attention to the would be thieves out there!! it sais "look at me I'm very expensive" I like the orange and white one though, looks pretty cool.

Perhaps a newbie question, but has anyone gotten any kind of a discount on a 2020 Turbo Levo order? Is it feasible?

Big Congrats!
I ordered the same one about a week and a half ago, I was told to expect delivery in Europe in midt August, plus 3 days for shipping to Denmark.
What kind of delivery timeframe did you get?

Edit: Not the same one, I got it in (Stealth Black / Black)

Anyone could share the spec of the basic 2020 Levo please?

I don't know if I should wait or take 2019 with 10% off.

He would like the specification for the basic levo if anyone knows it. He will pay 12 donkeys for the information. (ok, I made the last bit up)

More importantly, where's @Mydriaze ... has he ordered a 2020 ?

Doesn’t look like they have changed much, maybe better to get a discounted 2019 model. Just make sure you get the newer Mag S motor . I’m thinking we will see more significant developments in 2021 for the Levo. New ‘In house’ motors, lighter batteries, frame changes ? Who knows

Autocorrect strikes again!! ?‍♂️ I was looking to find out when the 2020 kenevo will likely be available to get hands on? As it’s not been announced yet I’m assuming we are talking Xmas time?

Does anyone know the weight of the 2020 Levo Expert? Or in lieu of that, the 2019 Levo Expert? Trying to figure out my rack situation.

Also, has anyone used a top tube adapter like the attached on an arm style bike rack with an ebike? I use one for my analog bike, but not sure it will work with the weight and the dropper post on a Levo (my analog bike doesn’t even have a dropper post ?).

The Thule top tube adapter is rated to 50 lbs, so the weight is probably OK, but I’m still worried about the dropper post.

I used one for a 5 hour drive on my kenevo but I did add a strap to take the weight of the bike just in case. No problems otherwise.

I've been to test the Levo Comp this morning (only crashed once yay!). The dealer said not to expect any major changes to the Levo this year. 2020 bikes probably won't be available until next year anyway. So...I've gone for a large Levo Comp in Nice Blue.
They say that so you buy what they have. I was reading a post from a year ago where a guy said his dealer told him the 2019 was the same as the 2018. In fact the 2019 was 1200 grams lighter - so much that the aluminum 2919 one weighed less than a 2018 S-Works. Not to mention they went from 650B to 29er. Pretty big changes.

I also have a hard time to choose Turbo Levo basic 2019 with 10% off or wait 2020, two dealers and one guy on forum here told me they are the same.

No one wants the Giant Trance or Stance? They have STEPS 8000 with integrated battery now and better specs. Downside is maybe 6 lbs heavier or so.

[/ QUOTE]

As @Piflipvtt says , they're the giant badged version of the Yamaha motor. This is the thread where people are excited about the 2020 Levo's and 2020 Kenevo's - or if the new bikes might mean they can buy a 2019 bike at a good price - so you won't find anyone talking about Giants on the thread. They are talking about them elsewhere on the forum though.

Well I saw several people talking about the YT and Commecial because the Levo has a poor component spec for the price. But I thought hard about it and decided that one cannot literally feel the difference between NX/GZ and Eagle but one can notice a quieter motor, smoother torque sensing, better resale value, and a more stealth frame. I myself am going to try hard to buy a Levo tomorrow.
