You're talking about a show in over a year? As to this thread, Specialized was not an exhibitor there in 2018 (unless I'm mistaken) so I doubt they will be there in 2019.

There is an Interbike show in Lake Tahoe California this year in September but being the US I'm not holding my breath for any EMTB announcements.

Small Update: My brother (auhorized Specialized dealer) told me that dealers here in Austria will receive an exclusive Specialized presentation video of the LEVO successor end of august/beginning of september.

Pretty exciting, i will keep you informed.

Well I’ve just had an email back from Specialized UK ltd after I asked the question regarding new levo models.

He said the full 2019 range will be announced the first week of Sept and stock arriving at dealers shortly after. So at least there def coming. I’ll hang on before buying now and see what there like.?

TBH, it would need to be very special to get me interested. I'm in half a mind to buy a Kenevo and the 2019 is already out (although I don't like the colours) and is no different to the 2018. It would need to be min 160/160 with the Mag motor and a bigger battery before I'd be tempted, and even then that's on the caveat that they've become more progressive with the geometry.

Rob knows something !
You can smell the anxiety and feel his excitement especially after having spent some time with his lbs filming, am guessing they've divulged into a top secret but is trying his best to hold it together pact ??

The Italian article just says that we are still waiting for the new 2019 Specialized Levos and prices to be announced in August. The rest just goes over the current models.

The 2019 Kenevo has the 2019 Lyrik fork with the Charger 2 RC2 damper, thats changed from the 2018.

Hi All,

I believe the 2019 Kenevo has in my mind a much better fork this year.

I got this off the Rutland Cycles site, hopefully it is correct and it does have the Dual Position function. If it has, its will be a winner on the steep ups!

Sorry to say the 2018 Kenevo has the same spec...... RockShox Lyrik RCT3, 27.5", Dual Position Air, Boost 15x110mm, 35mm stanchions, 180mm of travel taken from Specialized website and mine has it :)
2018 or 2019? My understanding is the 2019 Kenevo has the newer fork... I'll go and have a look in a minute!

This is a 2018 Kenevo, it does not have the Dual Position function. As in the ability to change the travel from 180mm to 150mm. If it did it would have a Dual Position dial on the top of the fork where I have circled in red. As you can see in the photo it only has a top cap where you insert air.

Here is a Dual Position fork with the 180mm to 150mm dial
This is on my 2017 Levo.
If you have one on your bike then you have a great fork (y)

Dual position would be a great add, but i must say, the Kenevo is climbing extremely well even without.
I agree with you Donnie. To be honest I only use it when I remember and that is not very often..... it still climbs like goat set at 180mm
