10 speed with a micro spline hub

Is there such a thing as an adapter to let you run a 10 speed cassette on a micro spline hub? Or a 10speed cassette with a MS fitting?

Alternatively could I use an exiting 10 speed shifter with a 12 speed hub and lose 2 gears?

There is, I did it on a new DT Swiss wheelset, I'm running 10speed on what was a micro spline hub, now it is Hyperglide. A quick google came up with nothing, so I'm not much help.

Micro spline only comes in 12 speed. 10 and 12 speed shifters have different throw so the indexing will be out.

Fantastic, I have a micro spline wheel set I want to use on an older bike for winter road use. Any specifics would be great!

Found this thread which suggests not

they are converting the other way.

DT Swiss Steel ratchet freehub conversion kit for Shimano MTB, 142 / 12 mm or BOOST
This is what I used, it allows me to fit a Shimano HG 10speed to what was a Hyperglide hub, there are other versions for 3 pawl ratchets etc, not sure if they are specific to DT swiss hubs though...

If it's a Shimano freehub, then you can't. Others like Hope, DT Swiss, Novatech (some) let you swap the freehub body.

It would be easier to swap the shifter.
Would I not also need to swap the derailleur? Also, that would then make the current wheels with 10 speed hub redundant.

Would also need another 12 speed cassette, so it gets expensive
