In the app it shows you what gear you are in and what micro adjustment position you are in. So if you are in gear 9 and at position 17 and change it to 19 when you change to any other gear it will now be in 19.
I just cant understand why they dont allow it per gear as that would make it...
Are you sure?
I just updated to the latest app but it doesn't do this. It has micro adjust but it applies it to the whole cassette not the individual gears.
But where did you route the cables? Currently they go through the stem and out a hole in the bars. Did you route them back out the hole for the dropper cable?
Thanks
Hi,
I'm looking to change my bars to ones without a hole in them. I have AXS and was planning to run the cables out the derailleur hole in the frame but not sure if they would be long enough.
Has anyone done it? Have any pics?
Thanks

Use airpods every time I go for a mtb ride. Never had them fall out even with crashes. When riding behind or near others I hit pause and turn back on once past.
I've upgraded everything on it and am very happy with it. Battery life is the main issue and as this frame has the old E8035 it wont fit a bigger battery. I'm not interested in swapping batteries out mid ride either. It would also be nice to be able to insert the dropper further.
Sorry Gary.
Once I read your comment I remembered reading you say that to someone else before. I will now buy an ebike specific chain and give myself 1000 lashes.
I would say that the E8000 based on the Shimano speedo seemed to not keep pulling up to 25km/h but would constantly sit around that...
Love my Merida e160 ltd but I am thinking of upgrading but not sure to stick with the e160 or go the new Reign as I have a few questions:
Currently have the e8000 with 504 battery. While the ep8 has a 630 battery and more power it sounds like it is thirstier. Would it actually have 25% more...
I was pretty sceptical when I started watching that but they seem to have put a lot of effort into the presentation and packaging. Now all I want to see are the ride reports...
Any reason you wouldn't choose the N8 instead? It has the EP8 but smaller battery so you might want more range anyway...
I would also look at Merida and Norco form 99 bikes.
Just wondering:
If you had the same bike with the same 500Wh battery but one with an EP8 and the other with an E8000 would the EP8 get noticeably more range or just the same?
In the EP8 are any efficiency gains just offset by the increase in Nm?
Thanks

I work in R&D and would never buy first gen anything. There are just too many firsts here - bike, brand, motor, display - and it's the inter-relationship between them that compounds the difficulty. They are doing the right thing though by taking their time to get the right product out. They have...
