I just tried right now and still get an error. I’m also still on an old firmware because I connected the mini wireless controller to my stock LED controller (which I stuffed to the inside of my frame. I also removed the Kiox). I’m scared to update the firmware as I fear they’ll make the pairing...
Looks like I was uploading the wrong file type. I guess it’s time to update my Bosch firmware so I can sync my HRM. Apparently the Apple Watch app doesn’t sync HR to the ride file just the Apple health app 🥲
Last time I tried this the power/cadence didn’t import nicely into Garmin connect. I had to use another program to correct the file but that didn’t really work either.
I was hoping it would so I could keep track of my fitness since I wanted to start racing but life keeps interrupting my dreams...
Started riding MTB back in December. Don't know why I didn't start earlier but the ebike has allowed for so much progression. Got brave enough to hit these steep trails.
Not normally as we have a few trails here that require pedaling. Most of my off miles/km are from climbing with it off to remind non e-bike that I can keep up without the assistance :ROFLMAO:
Worth updating to the latest firmware? I think I'm on the one from December.
Currently have the wireless remote mated to the LED controller that's tucked into the frame. Kiox has been removed since I was having issues. I know the modes by counting the clicks and knowing the feel of assistance...
Just found it odd it was working perfectly fine to random turn offs the following day. I will purchase a cable first. The way they designed the cabling and mount for the Kiox is very dated.
I’ve had random shut offs thinking it was from the wires from the Kiox to controller. Today I had the most awful experience on a ride it shut off so many times. Usually it’ll shut off when the bars were turned too much. I ended up just bypassing the Kiox. Works flawlessly now without any shut...
Apologies, I didn't clearly read your initial post but since yours came originally with the system controller adding Kiox shouldn't be an issue. It's us who had the LED controller trying to move to the mini remote who were having issues.
Only if you have a synced system controller correct? I'm still on the mini remote + LED controller. I have the system controller but been lazy to drop off the bike at the shop to get it synced.
