They all break! Might be more realistic to focus on warranty and support rather than try and figure out which is more reliable. Specialized have a really good reputation for after sales care and the fact that they are local to you is a big plus. Packing up and shipping bikes for warranty work...
That was closed and 300 jobs axed when Wiggle bought them out and moved everything to Wolverhampton. CRC were a great sponsor for MTB events in Ireland north and south before the buyout. Vitus is still based in Belfast and they sponsor both main Enduro series in Ireland so it would be a big loss...
If you don't have a good grasp of LSC, HSC, rebound etc maybe try renting a shockwiz. That should help you fine tune your current setup and the process might help you understand the tuning controls. Your current suspension is very capable when properly set up!
Its just a prototype obviously but it looks to be engineered around the Bafang motor and battery. I think this would make Vitus the first mainstream Brand to adopt Bafang?
Hi Carlos. It looks like the freehub in your rear wheel has failed. It shouldn't be a hugely expensive repair, a new rear wheel at worst if the hub isn't easily fixable, but you should probably seek help from a bike repair shop.
Sorry to hear, that really sucks :(
Would it be possible to contact the original owner and ask them to make a warranty claim on your behalf?
In the UK at least it seems having the original invoice or receipt is enough https://www.emtbforums.com/threads/shimano-warranty-is-transferable.18862/
