M2.5x6mm, the Fox breakdown just says it’s a standard screw but it doesn’t look like they sell it separately. You’d have to buy the top cap interface parts kit to get the screw from them.
It’s just called “Specialized”, it’s the one with the black background with the white S. I don’t know if you can download the old Mission Control app anymore, I think they had it removed from the App Store.
The long link makes the bike more progressive, I think by like 15% or so. If I were using the stock link then I’d look at the TTX1. One of the guys I ride with has the TTX1 on the stock link and loves it.
I’ve been running the regular link for a while now, it’s definitely a noticeable difference and I think it was worth it. I used the X2 for about 50 miles before it ate itself, I’ve been on an EXT coil since. I have the long link kit still in the box, I’m on the S2 size so I’m really limited on...
You’d have to buy a new shock either way, the stock X2 is 210x55 and you need a 230x65 with the long link kit. If you want to keep the stock shock I’d recommend the regular cascade link, it made a huge difference on my bike.
I had been debating moving down to a RS Lyric or Fox 36 on my Levo to drop some weight off the bike. Do any of you notice any flex with the added weight of the e-bike?
I went back to an air shock after riding coils for years. It’s a different experience and I’m having a lot more fun, I kind of forgot about the joy of popping off small features that I lost with a coil.
I still can’t believe they haven’t discounted the frame yet, why would I buy a frame for £6k when I can get the complete S-Works bike for £7500?!? If they discounted the frame at 40% off I’d order one right now.
I’ve checked with a few places already, they won’t have stock until the end of the year! I was told November for the M10 LT and December for the LT Team model, both in size Medium.
I get bikes at cost if I buy from my mate, only problem with that is he’s in the US and I’m in the UK. Shipping an e-bike with a battery is a no-go and he only sells one e-bike with an easily removable battery, it wasn’t one I was interested in. I’m not sure what percentage off it ends up being...
My brother-in-law is a DI up here in Scotland, he’s already got another job lined up and will be leaving the police in a month. He was telling me it’s a waste of time, they put a tonne of man hours into an investigation only to have the person get a slap on the wrist during sentencing.
Your local Spesh shop should have a hangar in stock, if not you can order one online. It’s not UDH compatible either, you’ll have to run the older AXS stuff if that’s what you’re wanting to go wireless.
Li-Ion batteries typically have a discharge rate of 1.5-5% a month depending on the temp where the battery is stored. These bikes are draining 1-2% a day on a shop floor at room temp, definitely something wrong there.
Just for some context, I charged my spare battery to 50% 5 months ago and...
Spesh is just trying to clear out inventory, almost all their bikes are on sale right now. There’s some crazy deals going on, I’m looking at the S-works stumpjumer for 50% off!
Anyone using a shed/summer house as a bike shop/storage? I’m looking at either having one built or buying a flat pack cabin and building it myself. Just trying to get some rough ideas on what size to go with, I’m thinking 5mx3m but not sure.
my 2 year old son just doesn’t seem to like anything that moves, he’s got one of those cars that you sit on and push around with your feet. He’ll sit on it and push the buttons that make noise and look all happy but as soon as you try to move it he freaks out and jumps off of it.
My 9 month old...
