You need a second battery, and an inverter, but after that it’s easy for day rides. For longer trips you need some way to put power back into the battery. Either solar or run the motor. Pretty musch the same as a caravan, or motor home. We run our two e-bikes like this no problem.
I need prescription lenses all the time (Multifocals).When I was riding dirt bikes I used Smith OTG goggles. I’ve tried a number of MTB glasses that have prescription inserts but they just don’t work well. Gone back to OTG goggles with full face.
We used to have a camper with exactly the set up you are describing re fridge, led lights, two e-bikes to charge, multi day trips without power hook up. In fact camper couldn’t be connected to mains power. All battery charging was the panel and motor.

Well I tried putting an AirTag inside the steering stem of my allow rail, and could only pick it up if i was within about a metre, so not realistic for use in tracking the bike down if it’s stollen.
No problem kneeling down. Don’t need knee pads. Problem is getting up as the bend is not as good as it used to be. Have to work out what works for you to get up. It’s always possible, just not very elegant.

90 degrees is a mixed answer. Physio says that they work on 90 being the minimum to get to. I have 125 and still gradually increasing two years after surgery. I had surgery with a robot, and after talking to others who had the old style it was much quicker, less pain, and back to full use much...
CGU. Covers bikes for up to $10k as part of accident damage in contents insurance. Dropped a Trek powerfly 5FS off the back of the car at speed. Frame was dented so they paid to replace with nearest available bike Rail 7. No difficulty

sounds like a problem my wife had. Fault was caused by Kiox using contact with base because the magnets that hold the display have come out of the base.
