Does anyone know which offset spider I need for an E8000 on the 2020 Decoy Elite? Would I need the same offset if I swapped to an EP8 motor?

With the funnel attached and full of fluid, remove the calliper from the frame, remove the bleed port screw and let the fluid run through, moving the calliper around so that air that is trapped can be released. I find that half a funnel is more than enough to get air out of the rear brake.

I use the park tool bleed kit, but I only use the funnel and I do a gravity bleed rather than pushing fluid through with the syringes. I find this the easiest method and I always get a perfect bleed. Beware when bleeding MTs if using syringes, don't push the fluid through from the calliper as...
Just one thing to be aware of...if your smallest cog is 10 teeth or less, the freehub tends to be microspline (Shimano) or XD/XDR (SRAM) which means that on the whole you can only run 12 speed cassettes designed for the freehubs. If the smallest cog is 11t, it tends to run on Shimano HG freehub...
I would recommend bleeding them. This will provide more feel and better performance. Also, look to swap the discs as they don't dissipate the heat too well.
The lower position will mean you'll be straining to support yourself. If you're going to keep this set up, I would suggest core strengthening exercises. This will take the load of your lower back and ease the pain.
