If you connect the bike to the charger (charger not turned on at the wall socket) does it turn on?

You can use the same hose but replace the caliper and lever. If you want to swap to say something like maguras you have to replace the hose. This isn't that difficult but you have to remove the battery and rear wheel for better access.

I can't see how you would do this within STunlocker? Unless you set the diameter of the rear wheel to something very small?

Range will depend on your riding style, ambient temperature and weight. In the winter my range has decreased on the battery due to low temps, if I keep it in eco mode I get greater distance than boost and as I loose a bit of weight in can go further.

Completely agree with the statement that brakes are a personal choice. What suits one person might not be best for another. I still prefer my shigura brake combo though.
