I "need" to replace my wife's bike and am tossing up between the SL2 and Kenevo SL, anyone ridden them back to back want to offer an opinion? I guess the fact that my sons and myself might "borrow " it means we are leaning towards the KSL but I wonder if it is too much bike for every day use?
That sucks. If you do need a replacement in a hurry my local guy (in Switzerland) was building one up a week in the same colour. mountainthrill.ch not sure of the size.
You are after a unicorn! I have a couple of Specialized Levos and am happy with the noise volume. 2022 Comp Carbon with a 500w battery comes in at 21 kgs and given you will be loaded do you really need light weight? Or what is the downside of full fat for 90% of your riding? Might be worthwhile...
Only thing I can add is if you have a narrow/high space (with a cupboard on the other side of the wall) is too store it vertically and cut a slot in the wall for tyres so the depth/protrusion into the room is at a minimum and no faffing to grab it and ride.
The bike shop recommended this and did it for me on a new Levo, straight swap but they removed a chain link. It reduces chain slap in higher gears and is easier to engage a 50 rather than 52.
I have a 2022 Comp Carbon which comes in matt black and I love the look. In previous models the CC was different from the S-Works frame so a build your own using a CC frame could be an option.
I saw one live 2 weeks ago and have to say it's the pick of the litter colourwise. Mine should arrive this week, the dealer threw in a 500w battery so a no brainer price wise.
You might be lucky, my dealer said no chance. I was looking at a ALU comp but the spec level dropped quite a bit from comp carbon so I jumped on that at Chf9000 retail, I got a deal as he included a new 500w battery. Selling off the new parts it's touch and go what's easier or cheaper. The...
Release date in a few weeks. My dealer ordered a few in March and this one was first to arrive. Mine is due in a couple of weeks. Specialized can't supply so a lot of pre-orders being cancelled or delayed
I saw the comp carbon tonight in Switzerland, mine arrives in 2 weeks. The Alloy from what I understand is the same as 2021 and a 29er and doesn't come with new display. Chf9100 for carbon and alloy about 100 more than 2021. If you want a 2022 you have to be quick as there is still major...
I would suggest some self adhesive Velcro so you can make a band to go over the door and remove when the new design comes, I have some which I got at a sewing store!! which seems to work. Mine arrives in January!
Black, red, bright blue and horrible light green/sage, would have been good to see the oak green continue from memory they paint the frame different to the aluminium. Your Specialized dealer can show you on the dealer website which is where I saw it.
I bought an upper body protection jacket for my son, he fell off a few times in the bikepark and didn't hurt those parts! He did say it was quite comfortable and not too hot. I watched a youtube about the material which is why I decided on 3Do
