Checked the chain guide not the issue I think I will have to provide a prize for the person that guesses correctly lol here’s a short video. Thanks for the help everyone.
Checked and lubed chain and retorqued the motor bolts again nothing seems to be working yet. I have a question regarding greasing crank arms do you grease the splines or the threads or both? I’ve only lubed the splines on the crank nothing on the threads.
Thanks in advance
I had a look at the rear wheel found the xd driver had backed out, shop had just put a new cassette on for me, still creaks. I’ll try the chain lubing as it is a new chain and I did clean and lube it when I washed it, I’ll let you know. I’m using wet lube so would of hoped that it would stay...

All I know is that I am NOT buying another new ebike of any make until they figure out the drivetrain on these bikes. chains of this size and rear cassettes just don’t last.
Hello I need a bit of help please. I just had a look at the battery cable on my 18 Expert and it looks like there must be something missing that helps cover up the hole the batter cable comes out. Can anyone check their 18 Levo to see if it the same please.
Thanks in advance
That amount of debris in a short amount of time is ridiculous, I guess the lower aluminum motor mount they removed for 19 did more than just protect the motor eh?
