Now that we are in the middle of summer here in CA most of my rides have been in the 90-100F range. How are these motors in the heat? It isn’t uncommon For 3 mile climbs and 2k feet. Is there a protection built into these motors? Last thing I want to do is blow a motor
Wel I’ve put a hole in my SL motor cover. Luckly the motor is ok. Is there an aftermarket one available? Preferably one made out of carbon. But any material will do.
I’m looking to upgrade my fork to a Fox 36. I noticed that Fox has an ebike specific fork. With the lighter weight of the SL is it worth it for the ebike fork? Or would a normal 36 be just fine?
Seems since my dealer installed the firmware update I can’t have the bike run on the main battery and the extender at the same time. I can switch it to run on both. under it says a bike restart is needed. When I reset the bike it goes back to running the extender down first. Anyone else notice this?
