I had same battle on which one, went with the Strive. I like the battery choices as a wealthy mate has 4 of varying sizes :-) but the mullet was what closed it for me, just sounded epic on Rob's reviews.
Mine's about o arrive this week, so this is useful information to be ready for. The issue sounds like, as mentioned, that 5kg of battery will want to head south a lot, so is there much actually holding it in, or am I best to add some sort of packing/padding before the cover goes on?

So, I'm just looking at options and wondering if I'd miss the lower end range if I go with a 10-45T...strikes me that with the same number of actual cogs I'd get better options in the middle of the 'box'...opinions encouraged, please ;-)
I ride way faster on my own than with my regular group, so considering this as I'm a little 'over' the 24kg of my Cube. I love it, but would like something more nimble. I also live 30mins from Bike Park Wales where the Cube is knackering to control on the descents.
