I agree with you mate. Normally, if the bike can run plus size tyres that includes up to 3".
@dan3344 On an Emtb, 2.8" isn't uncommon so buy a set and chuck em on ;)
Well, I've submerged my brose motor on my levo many times - not a good idea probably but she still gets up and goes.
I have ridden through a ford about 10 times which is about 15-20 seconds of submersion each time I go through it.
As @steve_sordy says above, there's a lot more than purely the...
In any case, I would go with the medium. I've always found a bike, even if it's just a tiiiny bit too big, then my riding is always plagued by that feeling. Could just be me. Check their size chart if they have one to give you an idea too.
Oh yes, used to live by Bramshill and know the area well. Also lived in yateley. The riding there is fun, mainly faster due to simpler terrain but still you have a good time as you will be exploring :)
I'm based about 6 miles from Swinley but work in winchester so pass basingstoke often. Same as above, is there much riding there? I know a mate who likes to head down to Forest of dean who lives in Basingstoke whereas I just stick local to swinley or ride up to surrey hills :)
Was looking to get mine done into a hi-vis yellow colour and match parts of course. Then i'd build myself a matching themed wheelset.
What theme inspires you?
Definitely wanna see other peoples paint jobs too :D
Cheers Nick. I actually work with someone who gets me parts at a discount from slam69 which is why I posted their link (although its a fair bit more money). I'll save that ebay link anyhow because it'll come in handy one day :D
I also use a 11-46 setup on mine. A tad more expensive than what @MarkH has but I run with a SunRace cassette and got it from Slam69 here in black. The black cassette with red internals is a nice look and matches my levo nicely :)
I use BLevo for my motor setup. I use 20/40/60 with %15 acceleration and can get pretty much 60 miles from a charge on the 504wh Levo. Hopefully the people in here got there range issues sorted. Defo on the shorter side!
Ouch! When I was last in Berkshire Cycles, someone had their Kenevo there who had broken the front forks and their rear shock in a jump at Swinley forest! Not sure what his outcome was but hopefully you're covered and back riding soon :)
Specialized Rider Care posted a few days ago (maybe even yesterday on a thread).
I have the same problem though. BLevo stayed active my entire last ride whereas Mission control was tracking multiple, smaller, rides which bugged the shit out of me!
BLevo all the way for me
My fried had a collection of custom rare built up bikes stolen 2 years ago. Some gypsies used a winch to remove the roof from his garage and hoisted them out. Bastards.
My idea of torture to them would be to simply pop them at the top of a huge descent say, on the alps. Firstly staple both...
I'm gonna insure mine next month like you say they're not cheap!
I keep mine downstairs under the stairs with an anchor and chain because I have a motorbike too :)
I have the standard KMC chain. Not really wearing too much and i do ride hard. I always ride in eco at 20% and get a good workout. My chain had two links break on me and I was shifting carefully. Chains are expendable. I think it's best to be prepared for a break/replacement rather than try to...
I was about to refer to your comments about the PC1110 but alas, you got here first :P
I would consider one of these for "ease" but equally, if it doesn't last as long you'd be upset you spent so much. I am actually going to do what you do, Tamas, and rotate between PC1110's because they're...
