When riding on the flat mines always off & even on some short slight inclines. My every day commute is an 8 mile round trip & the motor's off for most of the ride except for the long or steep hills.
Seen this on FB.
A Devinci 2018 ebike from Tideswell in Derbyshire. Looks to be mainly grey in colour with small patches of red.
I can't share any links or pics as I only use my Xbox one.
I have found a business near me that basically repairs anything 2 wheel related.
I asked the owner if they would be able to service my Shimano bikes when the time draws near. No problem was the reply, but we're not VAT registered & Shimano may need the work done by a registered company.
Does...
I travelled to Herts from Derbyshire to purchase a Scott with the Shimano motor. The store I purchased from told me "any Shimano dealer worth their salt should do any work needed". They said they didn't have a problem. Work means income.
I use mine every day for my commute. My last ebike kit paid for itself as I don't use my vehicle. My new ebike is quickly approaching 1000miles & eventually it will pay for itself.
That's my stance on it.
Whilst on my commute to work, I only ever use eco. Around 75% of the ride the assist is off.
The rest of my rides out all depend on what mood I'm in.
I like to have a work out ??
Look at the Voodoo Zobop E. You get a lot of goodies you find on much higher priced bikes.
As for fs or ht. If you buy a ht, you'll be thinking 'I'd like a fs'. Buy a fs.
I rode a ht for years, I purchased a fs & I wouldn't go back to a ht.
