Kydex is quite moldeable , i made a cardboard template first , then cut the sheet to size approx. I used a heat gun on low setting to warm it up , then mould , heat a bit more , mould until happy then final trim and sand the edges smooth. You could cut slits in it and thread velco staps or...

Per my home made guard , no just the bottom bracket area , it sits under the rubber guard on the downtube, i just have that wrapped using helicopter tape.

Also fitted the mini remote , much better and moved the controller using a 3d printed mount , out the way and not gonna get hit off :)
