All the carpal bones are covered by ligaments. When you stretch a ligament, it's called "strain" (if I remember well). so, it's probably a wrist strain. Do you have more pain when your palm looks to the floor or when the back of your hand is looking at the wall behind you? Try the following...

Honestly, Yamaha motor are really the best we can find at the moment. I went for a ride, went through 4800D+ and a 18 hours ride, no problem at all with the Yamaha motor. But battery was not plugged in, and now I have the same quadriceps then Hulk.
